President Trump has launched a brilliant new program—the Trump Gold Card. It is a visa. I fully support the president’s decision to create an excellent pathway for law-abiding foreign nationals to get legal status and U.S. residency.
I have always been, and I continue to be a strong supporter of border security. The enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws is vital to our security. Those who have broken America’s immigration laws must face legal consequences.
While we must be very pleased to see the Trump administration enforce America’s immigration laws, we should also be quite happy about the introduction of the Trump Gold Card. The program would send a strong message that America welcomes hard-working, law-abiding foreign nationals.
The Gold Card is available for both individuals and businesses. For the individual Gold Card, a person can pay a processing fee, go through background check, complete any other necessary requirements, and contribute one million dollars to receive U.S. residency.
For the Corporate Gold Card, the requirements are similar, but the price tag is higher. This option is for companies to receive U.S. residency for their employees.
Reportedly, the Trump administration will launch the Platinum Card, with great benefits and a bigger price tag.
One remarkable aspect of the Gold Card program is that it would help bring more money into the United States. Moreover, those who would contribute such large sums of money to earn the privileges of U.S. residency would likely follow all the law and rules to ensure that their legal status is not revoked.
I believe that the Gold Card program is going to result in massive investment in the United States. The program will help strengthen our economy. It will allow foreign nationals to legally come to the greatest country in the world.
