Daniel Kelly was appointed to the Wisconsin Supreme Court by Governor Scott Walker, years ago. That’s when I first met Justice Kelly. This spring, Daniel Kelly is on the ballot in Wisconsin. He is running in the race for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. This spring, I will vote for Justice Daniel Kelly.
The judicial branch of the government must be fair, impartial, and free from political influence. It is important to elect justices who will uphold the rule of law. Political pressure and personal bias must not influence a justice’s decision. Supreme Court justices must not engage in political activism.
Daniel Kelly served on the highest court of Wisconsin with great sincerity and respect for the rule of law. In all my interactions with Justice Kelly, I always found him to be a knowledgeable person with a strong commitment to the constitution.
There are political divisions all over the country. In the judicial branch of government, there is no room for political rhetoric and activism. It is essential to preserve the integrity of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Justices on the state’s highest court must pay attention to logic, reason, and the word of the law, and not be influenced by politics.
The voters will decide the future of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, this spring. I want a justice who will be fair and impartial. Therefore, I will vote for Justice Daniel Kelly.
