The new year has arrived. The year 2024 is now in the past.
As we enter the year 2025, we can look back at the past year and think about all that we have been through. As I was looking at the recap of 2024 in my mind, I thought about the things I experienced and accomplished.
First and foremost, my mother celebrated her 10th anniversary of U.S. citizenship in 2024. In 2024, I also celebrated my 10th anniversary of U.S. citizenship, as we both became naturalized American citizens in 2014. We both love the United States of America and are proud to be Americans.
Over the course of 2024, I achieved a greater degree of patience. My mother, since my childhood, taught me to be patient. However, achieving a firm grasp on patience is not easy. It requires tremendous willpower.
Patience is essential in dealing with various challenges in life. Patience is needed to engage in constructive endeavors. Patience allows us to think carefully. Patience helps us make sound decisions in life.
Patience has allowed me to exercise my freedom of speech, through a variety of mediums.
I strongly believe in the right to free speech. I not only speak, but I also write to exercise my freedom. I write and speak on social and political issues, both domestic and international.
For years, my opinion pieces have appeared in newspapers across the country. I have also written numerous blog posts. Since 2020, I started my podcasting journey.
In 2024, I took a major step by starting to do livestreams on my YouTube channel. Doing so has allowed me to connect with people from all 50 states of the United States, as well as many others from numerous countries around the world.
Freedom-loving people from across the globe started tuning in for my livestreams on YouTube, to listen to my commentary on a wide range of social and political issues. As weeks and months went by, a large number of viewers started participating in the live chat, asking me questions and expressing their opinions. Many people agreed with my viewpoints, while many disagreed. Overall, the livestreams allowed me to start forming a community of freedom-loving people to regularly discuss current affairs.
Each day, after fulfilling all my professional and career-related responsibilities, as well as my day-to-day household-related obligations, I focused on my YouTube channel at night.
As I stated before, I exercised patience. Patiently, I kept livestreaming, night after night, and sometimes during the day on weekends and holidays. My channel started to grow, as more and more subscribers came. Within one year, the channel gained 10,000 subscribers. It is a major accomplishment.
As I connected with viewers from around the world, I made new friends. And with their love, support, and words of encouragement, I am moving forward to continue to exercise my right to free speech.
As I look at the new year, I am determined to make my voice heard, through my writings, through my podcast, and through my livestreams. With my mother’s support and blessings, and with the truth as my foundation, I will continue to speak on things happening in our country and around the world.
In 2025, I also wish to actively work on getting my manuscript (novel, work of fiction) published. Whether I succeed or not remains to be seen. Of course, my professional life remains my top priority.
